accomodation in Luang Prabang- Sackarinh $20 pernight for 2 no breakfast
great spot in main street nice staff.
Phnom Penh stayed at two different places,not very nice though.Cant remember names.
Vientiane-fantastic place if you can get in ,Mali Nampphu guesthouse $15 p night for 2 with breakfast-address114 pangkham Rd if you need email,or telephone let me know
Siem Reap-another great hotel only 18mths old run by an american Doug and Cambodian wife-Golden Orange Hotel $25 with breakfast.Nice quiet street and within walking distance to the restaurants and market area.addressgroup1,house no.007 slokram Village.
didnt go to Si Phan Don.

And accomodations you can recommend for Luang Prabang, Vientiane, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Si Phan Don (if you've been to these places of course).
I know what's out there but love hearing personal recommendations and why you loved it/hated it.
