Hey...how fast in the process on the custom ...if I arrive at 8am and intend to catch the 930am bus to PP...anyway for me to manage ? and must I book the bus ticket in advance ?

Usually pretty fast because the planes landing aren't that big. It will be pretty tight but why the rush?
Buses to PP go all throughout the day. No need to book ahead. It's easier to book ahead but that's only relevant when you're staying in Siem Reap. I don't think you can book from overseas anyway.
And I forgot, check whether your plane flies via PP. A lot of flights do and you might be able to get off in PP which would save you a bustrip.
