Hi
The shared service costs around 800THB per person, and may include ferry tickets. Our private car service will cost you 5,800THB for up to 3 people, including ferry tickets for Koh Chang. A minibus for more pax would be around 8,000THB. Count on from 8 hours (private) to 12 hours (shared) including border and ferry. Please use our contact form if you're interested in the private transfer option. We no longer supply the shared service in the direction Siem Reap to Koh Chang.
Regards,
Colin

Just wanted to add that Siem Reap to Koh Chang is a very long haul, so you may want to take 2 days or more to make the full trip. A private car service may cut the total time down. I recently did Phnom Penh to Koh Chang over 2 days. The big Soriya bus from Phnom Penh to Koh Kong on the Cambodia-Thailand border took about 6 hours. From Koh Kong to Koh Chang took about another 6 hours, including time to cross the border, which is relatively easy. Again private car is probably quicker, as we did a tuk tuk from Koh Kong to the border, then a mini-bus to Trat, then another mini-bus and ferry to reach Koh Chang itself.
However you get there, enjoy Koh Chang. It is a very beautiful place. Highly recommend checking out the pier at Bong Bao.

Not sure that the time from Phnom Penh via Koh Kong is very relevant. The trip Siem Reap to Koh Chang is best made in the other direction - that's via the Poipet crossing.

Good point. Poipet is definitely much faster. Depends on whether one wants to spend more time in Cambodia during the journey, or head straight into Thailand.

Hi again - we provided a private transfer a couple of days ago. Our 3 people were picked up from their hotel in Siem Reap at 7am and arrived at our place on Koh Chang at 15:30. Please note that all transfers that cross the border will involve a change of car and driver at the border.
