Hi,
I will be in Phnom Penh for a couple days at the end of June and am looking for a good hotel for around $15-30 a night.
Thanks,
Andrew

Modern City Hotel on 136 Street is pretty good. Decent location by riverside, air con and cable tv. $15 a night.

I'm staying at King's on 110 Street for $15 a night, but I had to rent a room with 3 single beds in order to get a/c and a hot water shower.
The staff here are kinda weird, too.
I like the sound of that Modern City hotel.

We stayed at Circuit Hotel for $22 a night. Had in room safe elevator and clean rooms. Right in heart of everything. You can actually walk to most things bu a Tuk Tuk will chauffeur you around cheap which is easy to get there. Motel is about five blks from River Walk and close to a local food market you shouldn't pass by! There is also a huge 7 floor mall about three blks away. Streets are easy to navigate they run even and odd get a map and explore! Have fun!

I stopped off for a cappuccino in the Circuit Hotel's cafe - and it was pretty damn good. Good taste and decent size. 2 bits.
I didn't realise you could get a room there for $22 or I would have ditched King's way sooner. Circuit looks like it would have some nice rooms.

Rory's Pub and Guest House was nice for us. The owners were really cool guys and it was right across from the palace and walking distance to the water where there are a lot of things going on. I think it was around your price range.

Monument Hotel. It's only like a month old. It has a pool and a cool open rooftop restaurant. I'm staying here right now for $30 a night. I was at another place for $25 a night (BJs House) and the difference is night and day. The linens are white, new, and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
