Cambodia - Ratanakiri
If you are looking for a guide around Ratanakiri province in eastern Cambodia we can recommend Mr Sat. He lives in Ban Lung which is the capital of the province.
We arranged for him to be our guide for two days while we were motorcycling thru Cambodia´s countryside.
He has very good english (he studied english with an NGO), he is very knowledgable and really good fun. He gave us lots of info on Cambodia´s history, its people, traditions and way of life. He also took us to many minority villages and thru him as an interpreter we could talk to the people there.
At the end he invited us to his home for a dinner and to meet his family.
He is a very proud Cambodian and thru putting up his contact details I hope to do my bit to help him to a better life.
In 4 months travelling around Asia he was the best guide we have ever had. He can arrange trekking, motorcycling trips, trips around Ban Lung and customized trips.
So please if you go to Ratanakiri and wish for a guide .. give him a ring
