Motobike is the best way to travel around the city you are in. Tuktuks are too slow and get caught in traffic. Motobikes can manuever and weave in and out of traffic and are much faster. It is always a good idea to use a moto. If you are going a short distance you should only pay 1000 riel or "moy puon" in Khmer language. Try to learn Khmer language a little as this is the best way to communicate with moto drivers and could perhaps affect the price you will pay. Chveeng means left and sdam means right. Those two words alone are very helpful. Motos also have great connections for sex and drugs and can help you score either or both.
