Hi Matan,
There are a lot of imitation backpacks at the central market, and rip off DVDs, CDs etc as well as a lot of souvenier stalls.
The old market sells a mixture of items mainly for locals like meat, fish, veg, shoes, clothing, jewellary, etc and then lots of same same souvenier stalls towards the outside.
The night market has a different varity of mostly higher quality sounveniers with a very pleasant garden setting bar at the back, but this also tends to be more expensive (slightly).
Also there are quite a lot of more upmarket (well more expensive) boutiqe shops around the old market which sell a mixture of items but most of them sell silk products too.
