ANZ Royal Bank of Cambodia installed a number of ATMs when they launched a couple of years ago and look like they have expanded them since. Locations of the ATMs can be found at http://www.anzroyal.com/importantinfo/countrybriefs/atmlocations.asp
I'm almost 100% certain they are international ATMs as ANZ made a big fuss about bringing such devices to Cambodia.
Outside of the main tourist areas, you are going to need cash and travellers cheques though.
you'll find additional detailed info on ATM's in Cambodia and other great tips in the "How to Manage Your Money While in Asia" article in the features section. it is definitely worth a read. cheers.

Lots! Certainly nothing to worry about anymore unless you are heading away from the more touristy areas. Towns that have them are Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Battambang, and Poipet.

Don't forget the one in Sisaphon - don't know if its international, but there is definitely an ATM there. Dull place though, maybe not worth a visit just to see the ATM, although I did stare at it for a full minute.

Is it worth taking a debit card to Cambodia, is there any ATM's at all? Im guessing its best to take just mainly cash and travellers cheques?
Thankyou
