We have booked the guesthouse in PP "Boddhi Tree Del Gusto" for 3 nights and later discovered that there is a mix of reviews from all the different website (expedia, travelfish, tripadvisor, etc) about the place.
If anyone has stayed in this guesthouse, you comments would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in Advance

It's one of the better guesthouses in Phnom Penh in my opinion. Though as you say it's reviews can be pretty mixed, personally, no complaints.

Is it the norm to send via email a scanned copy of both sides of the credit card and copy of the passport, as the boddih tree is requesting this information in order to confirm the reservation?
sounds a bit iffy to me!

Well it's not normal, but we recently stayed at one of their other properties (Boddhi Tree Aram) and had to do just that -- had no problems with it.
