I'm looking for a hotel..mide-range to nice..near the nightlife in Siem Reap...should be quiet, etc...and allow "guests" in the hotel...doesn't have to be close to the bars, but close enough to walk ok or a short tuk tuk ride or so...thanks..

I have spent a wonderful time at Frangipani Villa from 20-30 Nov 07. It is a good place to be recommended to other people.

We stayed at The Villa Siem Reap, check out www.thevillasiemreap.com it is owned by Aussies and has great packages that include tuk tuk, driver and lunch packs to take to the temples. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siem Reap. They were fantastic. Good prices too.
