Hey guys,
I'm heading over late Jan 08 and will be staying in SR in early Feb'ish but I cannot find anything on the place I have booked, the Royal Angkor. Anyone stayed at or heard of it and can tell me what to expect?

With all the choice in Siem Reap, how come you are booking a hotel you know nothing about??

They like to claim they are 5 star, in reality 4 star and there are comparable, service wise, 4 star hotels in town that are cheaper

We booked with Flight Centre and when it came to accommodation in SR they only knew about 4 or 5 places to stay, so we went with one of them - unfortunately it was only after that I found so many options. Oh well... As long as we can see Angkor and it's clean!
