Stayed at the Renaxe hotel on the river right in front of the royal palace and it was stunning in a old world colonial way. The location made it easy to stroll down the promenade at night to soak up the atmosphere. Reccomended. We also ate at the Pacharan tapas bar part of the FCC chain on the waterfront and found it tasteful and the food well done though a little pricey.
