I'm traveling to Cambodia from Vietnam...Is traveling around in Pnom penh and siem reap with vietnamese dong adequate or should I seriously consider exchanging for dollars.

You can change dong, euros, whatever but for everyday purchases and expenses you will need dolars and riel
