I whant to book a flight from Phnom Phen to bangkok in the evning.
I have fly next day morning to Israel. Can I rely them? Are they credible?
I don't whant to miss the flight.

Which airline? THAI and AirAsia both fly that route -- with the latter having more issues with delays than THAI.

I deleted the other posts as you're better off to have one post asking the question rather than three... Air Asia is generally pretty reliable. They're not 100% -- few airlines are -- but I've found them pretty reliable on the Phnom Penh to Bangkok flight.
At the end of the day, if you can't risk missing your flight to Israel, then fly the day before -- but otherwise, if you're willing to fly same day, then I'd allow for a four hour layover in Bangkok - just to be safe.
