I have done a bit of research but cant find any info on a direct(ish) route. If anyone has any info...Thanks.

There isn't a direct route.

Here's the options:
Phnom Penh then bus, boat then bus, or fly to Saigon then train, bus or fly to Nha Trang.

I'd bus to Saigon--HCMC, then fly to Nha Trang using budget airline, Pacific Air--should cost less than $35 for one way flight. Check for yourself on their internet site. Good luck and enjoy.....-------Jim
