siem to hanoi

    Whats the quick route from siem reap to hanoi.Can you fly this route.Is it better to travel to Bangkok or is it better to travel from saigon to Hanoi.

    I think Vietnam Airlines is the only carrier that flies that route direct -- fare is around US$200 - 250 I believe.

    You'll get a cheaper flight from Bangkok to Hanoi, but getting from Siem Reap to Bangkok isn't cheap unless you go overland.

    Does anyone know if there is a direct bus from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh? Or do you have to go back to Phnom Penh?
