Can anyone recommend a travel agent in PP who can help with bus routes, times of boats, hotels in the smaller towns, etc etc? Many thanks!

Phnom Penh is full of travel agencies and they all offer nearly the same. It would be wise to compare the prices before booking! Don't worry, you'll find what you are looking for. For saving money buy your tickets at the busstation.
