we planing to go siem reap for angkor wat then go kratie for the dolphin and then waanna to cross border to laos.we din't really go phnom pehn, is there any way we can get the laos visa other than get it at phnom pehn?can we get the visa before going to cambodia?

Hi,
Outside of Cambodia you can get a Lao visa at any Lao embassy or consulate. Inside Cambodia, you can only get it in Phnom Penh .
If you're in Thailand before Cambodia, I'd suggest getting it there if you don't want to spend ime in Phnom Penh to get it there.
