The road to Bokor is still (or at least currently) closed. Rumour is that redevelopment is underway and the road may be closed for 2 years. It appears that trekking trips are still going but no trips by car/truck/etc.

had the same problem and it s to bad since sokha hotel is now building something over there, it s really the time to go before it turn into a kind of resort for rich wealthy people

Bokor Hill is CLOSED for the next couple of weeks. I don't know if someone already posted this so sorry if this is redundant.
Also, I saw an international ATM in Kampot at the Canadia Bank.
I stayed in Kampot for two nights at two different guesthouses and Blissful is the best bang for your buck! Stay there!
