I have noticed that there are ATMs in Siem Reap which issue US$; this seems like a good way to access cash at the best exchange rate of the day assuming your issuing bank doesn't flog you too much for using an overseas ATM (and assuming you are not from the states in which case the exchange rate is not an issue)

As far as I know all atm's in cambodia issue US dollars. Very handy if your moving onto vietnam btw where they're harder to come by but most hotels are priced in dollars and the exchange rate to the viet dong seems to change on a weekly basis (in the hotels favour)
