Hi all,

Where can I find a beautiful, tranquil quiet setting with access to weed?

My post may be offensive to some and puzzling to others but I feel this is the best forum to pose it. I used this messageboard for my recent trip to Thailand and found the help I recieved to be better than I could have hoped for.

I currently live in a repressive East Asian society with no access to marijuana and am longing for the liberal hop-head society that I left behind in Canada.

This winter I will have a six-week vacation and I intend to finish the novel I am working on in addition to some other writing projects.

The allure of Cambodia to me on this trip is that I can smoke while I write. Both the productivity and quality of my writing is greatly improved when I toke. Cambodia sounds beatiful, exciting and fascinating and I do intend to do some sightseing while I am there, but that is not the focus of my journey. Every writer needs a muse, mine so happens to be green and smelly.

I would like to find a beautiful place near water with easy access to weed, the more privacy the better. I will be using my laptop so it will also need to have electricity. If you know of such a place, please let me know. I would really appreciate the help.

Hi Benjamin,

You should have no problem tracking down weed in Cambodia -- the beaches of Sihanoukville, particularly Serendipity, will probably be your best option for electricity in the hut and access to the writer's "tools" you're looking for.

Just don't try and take any with you!

privacy,near the water,electricity and weed-no prob at : snookyville as somtam mentioned, try max´s yin-yang g.h. or peter´s blue(s) box g.h.-the latter is behind the casino at victory beach. max should be off ochateulle beach. in pnohm penh try f.e. cloud 9 at the lake.

When you say don't take it with you, do you mean out of the country or out of the room? How "heat" is smoking in Cambodia?

actually it´s pretty cool,although i wouldn´t smoke everywhere in the open.
do not take it out of the country esp. not into neighbouring thailand!
the cambodians used to cook with it,using it as a herb. but times you could simply buy it at the russian market are over!

Does anyone know if the Happy Pizza place is still there in Siem Reap?
I went there about 5 years ago, and as I remember you could have a pizza, not happy, medium happy or very happy, didn't have too much of an effect, but it was cool anyway.

Sorry Benjamin, not sure of a peace and quiet place, but I agree with wolfman, from what I remember it was ok in Cambodia for smoking.
If you do pass through Siem Reap and the pizza place is still there I recommend it

I have just returned form Phnom Penh and there are about 4 "Happy Pizza"
restaurants on the riverfront street just to the south of The National Museum and others scattered just north.

there´s another one in snookyville, right on ekcharech st..the happy pizza is a herb one, but do not expect to get high! since 2003-i would say- lady jane is of minor quality in these places.

The last happy pizza I ate also had magic mushrooms on it, I was not expecting. I dont know about 'happy' but I certainly was high!
So be carerful.....
