You should get an email once it has been accepted along with a copy of the visa to print out. You need two copies - one to give to immigration on the way in and the other as you leave.
You can always track the visa application with the reference number you are given via the check and change facility on the website.

Just wondering if you fill out the evisa form (as i did) do you get a confirm or do you just wait to get to PP and see if it exists
