I need some new Tevas and wondered if there is a shop in PP where I can buy some rather than buy them in Aus before I head off.
Anyone know if there is a place there that sells them please?

I would buy them before you go. Once in Phnom Penh your best bet would be phsaar thmei (the new market, some maps have it as the central market). And then it would most likely be a "new to you" pair from one of the used clothing/shoe vendors.
