Hi all...I will be in Cambodia for Christmas and New Year (Dec 31st...not the April one!) this year...any good tips on where there might be a good party? I was thinking beaches but heard Sihanoukville is not so great...

There will be big parties down at Sihanoukville -- also worth asking after parties up at Bokor Mountain, though they may not be happening anymore.
Depends what sort of party you're looking for -- check out some of the riverside places in Kampot, for eg Boddhi Villa if you're looking for something more chilled out.
