Need AC-room in Siem Reap in late December?

    Hi,

    We are a group of 2 people looking to visit Siem Reap from 26/12 to 29/12. We've booked an AC room but were wondering if that's even necessary. Weather forecasts such as the BBC gives Siem Reap their prediction of 21C ~ 33C and I wonder if that's still too hot at night.

    Depends how acclimatised you are I guess. Evenings in Siem Reap do get pretty cool, but the days will still be hot -- and you may find yourself wanting that air-con middayish...
