The buses of the company SORYA stop at the airport, or we have to go from the airport of Phnom Penh to the central bus station in the city in order to catch them?
Can somebody tell me at what time we can take the bus, if we arrive at 9.00' in the morning at the airport?

To my knowledge, no buses stop at the airport. So, take a tuktuk or taxi to the bus station. There's lots of buses to Sihanoukville. For example, Sorya leaves at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 12:45 PM.
