Hello all,
My partner and I were hoping to rent bikes when in Siem Reap to bike around and explore on our own. Apparently there are lots of other wats and historical sites to happen upon, and we've heard that biking is a great way to do it. My concern is whether this is safe to do, mostly with respect to landmines. Any thoughts?

Safe as houses if you stick to the roads and marked paths.
