The Kukuluku Beachclub, directly on the beach with an big old building is a real refreshing guest house in Kep.
Not only that they offer quite a few water sports possibilities, they also have a cosy rum bar next to the beach and a great restaurant serving the best crepes in Cambodia (but be aware, they have over 30 different crepes!!!!)
Deffenitely a great new place on the south coast in Kep.
