Chamkar in Siem Reap is fantastic. All vegetarian/vegan, creative and well priced meals. The young French owner/chef is delightful; a really nice and interesting guy and the food is some of the best I've had anywhere in the world. The location is great too. Highly recommended. www.hungryangmo.com/2010/03/chamkar-vegetarian-restaurant-siem-reap.html
