there are plenty of nice guesthouse in siem reap.
starrise guesthouse is very cheap,
3 to 10 dollars room with air con and hot water.
it is close to the center, 15 min walk.
there is a nice open air restaurant.
you are in a very authentic cambodian neighborood, quiet at night and full of life at day time
