C'est Wat Restaurant and Guesthouse is a new small guesthouse located 2 minutes from the river on street 118. Room prices range from $15 to $30. all are equipped with a/c, fan, fridge, cable tv, ensuite with hot water. Only a short walk to Wat Phnom, Central Market, The night market, Royal Palace and National Museum.
The restaurant provides a vast range of excellent food (try out the Sunday Roast $7.50 including a glass of wine, it's huge). There is also an all day breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, home fries, toast, tea or coffee for only $4.00. Try it out !!
The bar has a mix of expats, travellers and locals and is a great place to meet people
