We stayed here at the end of Dec 2006. Sok San Rd, opposite Red Piano GH, 500 metres to Pub St and old market area. Large room (albeit a weird shape) 3 double beds, a/c, cable tv, fridge and good bathroom for US$18 triple per night. Singles/doubles $15 Friendly helpful staff. Laundry service and meals available. Found it very quiet (even on New Years Eve) compared to our 1st night at Angkor Town on Sivath Blve (construction noise all night and ground floor disco)$25 triple.

Sorry! Angkor Voyage Villa is in in Siem Reap. I've just tried the email address and it doesn't seem to work - should have tested it first. Still a good option.
