The Alley Cat Cafe is a small but well established restaurant and bar that is a must for anyone wanting great Mexican or burgers. It has an excellent reputation among Phnom Penh ex-pats and more and more tourists are starting to find out too. It would be good to get someone to come by for a review and maybe some of your readers have dropped in and can post some comments.
The Alley Cat is located down the alley off st19,directly opposite the Royal University of Fine Arts.

Dined here in October 2009. Poor location, there was rubbish everywhere outside. Inside the cafe is full of cobwebs and has very tacky decor. Definitely long overdue for a fresh coat of paint!
Staff were very unprofessional and were only interested in hanging out with themselves and their friends. They were swearing as well.
They had no interest in serving their customers, we had to call them whenever we wanted to order food/drink otherwise we would have had to wait all night for them! They were not very friendly. We got bitten by heaps of mosquitoes too. The food was average. Small servings and one of the dishes we ordered was burnt!
I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone as we had a really bad experience here and couldn't wait to leave. There are definitely better Mexican restaurants to try while in town - avoid this place like the plague!!!!!
