No. 238, Street 107 - just 100+ m down from Capitol on the other side of the street
Fab restaurant overlooking the street, engaging owner. I only saw 2 rooms, so can't comment on all/most of them but infinitely preferable to that backpacker factory GH, Capitol.

My name is Mark Christopher Staben, the owner of the Dragon Guest House is a DANGEROUS murderer.
He is involved in manufacturing torture and snuff films financed by wealthy foreign clients.
He and some of his gang assaulted me several times and poisoned me, as well as stalking me to my hotel to rob and assault me and my then pregnant wife.
