As for those guys who stay in Battambang der is a new shop/pub with good music, food and drinks with good prices. Its called pulp. Its at street 2 1/2 Number 83. Behind chinese school.Its run by a cambodian/australian couple. They are so gentle...just go there as there is not so much to do in this town. Phone 089 691850.
As I were there there were only nice funny travellers. Next time will be back.

Yep - agree with Emzet.
What a lovely couple! The Aussie husband cooked the meanest curry we've ever had. A very chilled out place. We lounged around reading some of their guide books and had a few albums uploaded to an ipod. A really cool night in lazy Battembang!
