We stayed one night at Anise Hotel, 2C, Street 278 and 5.
A very large, clean room. Pleasant staff and free laundry. 45 USD per night (Nov 2008). Highly recommmended

we stayed here in blue lime. lovely place. 40 per night for the standard. the pool is a nice place to chill out in. check out the website: http://www.bluelime.asia :-)
