If you like a nice clean and friendly GH then you should not miss Rega Kep. With a french speaking owner, totally friendly stuff and a good restaurant with one of the best atmosphere i got in cambodia. prices from 7-11 Dollar starting from a big bed single fan with warm water up to aircon double rooms... Its close to Rabbits Island Port, so in a good position for a island trip...
I stayed there and it was amazing...
