As you know there are several dive shops around I could only recommend what I did.
I started with a half snorkel half dive day and got addicted. So I did the Padi open water course. It was very good, we had a lot of fun and the dives were good.
They speak german (greetings to Uli and Wolfgang) english and khmer. I had a wonderful time so I feel that I have to tell you this...
