California 2 once listed on this site is now open again in a new location. We operated for 13 years on the block north of the FCC but due to the sale of the property we closed down. A year and a half later we have remodeled a property farther north on the riverfront near the Wat Phnom Area and are back in business. Rooms are 25-35 dollars, breakfast is included.
