Sorry, I forgot it was Monday!

We've been in Singapore all week, so it's only fitting this weeks quiz focuses on the island nation.

In our (for the moment still limited) Singapore food coverage we talk about a particular type of Chinese cuisine which is difficult to find -- both in Singapore and even in China for that matter. What is the name of the cuisine?

The Heng Hwa food from Chinese minority group--difficult to find in China as well.
