    hi am intersted in bicycling in the Philippines. thoughts, cautions, dont miss, avoid? dec jan time frame. i go slow, short miles,and as inexpensively as is safe and healthy. well i quess that is very variable per each persons assesment of what is. thanx for any info

    have a friend in CEBU city and without support
    x-cuse me...youa fucked up!
    ask ya 5 star hotel - they'll arrange anything!
    local busses are also nice...
