Budget for one month travel from China to Thailand

    Hello everyone

    Now I am staying in China (Yunnan province) and before coming back to Europe I want to travel from here to Thailand visiting Laos and Vietnam in one month. I don't have hell a lot of money but I am used to poor conditions, eating a little bit and traveling by local transport, buses trains. So I will not go to night clubs, luxury hotels and so on, but anyway I don't have an idea how much I should take for this trip. Plan is one week in Laos, 1.5 in Vietnam and 1.5 in Thailand.
    Does anyone has an idea?

    p.s I have insurance and fly ticket back home.
