Hi, i need help figuring out a budget!
im going to vietnam for 2 week, laos for a few days and Thailand for 2 weeks
how much will i need for each country? including accommodation etc

That depends. What sort of traveler are you? do you need rooms with private bath? air con? other western amenities? do you plan on flying anywhere? or will all travel be overland? will you buy souvenirs? do you plan on eating street food only, or do you like to eat in restaurants sometimes? Do you drink? alcohol can put a big dent in a tight budget.
there are a lot of variables to factor in.
