Exchanging USD/HKD cash funds vs With-drawing from ATM/Bank Machine

    Hi, currently in thailand right now, and running low on funds,

    wondering what's more cost effective. exchanging USD and/or HKD cash bills, or with-drawing from the ATM or Bank machines via Bank card, as I have an account with HSBC in Hong Kong,

    and i guess the result would be the same when going to another country in SE Asia as well.....
