    Does anyone know if a maestro debit card can be widely used throughout thailand, vietnam and cambodia??

    Thailand and Vietnam no problem, though I'm not sure if the ANZ Royal ATMs in Cambodia accept Maestro.

    i just asked a friend living in Phonm Penh and she can confirm that the ANZ Royal ATM's do accept Maestro and give out US Dollars.

    Info. above is quite correct. I would suggest however that before you leave home you change your pin number to a 4 digit one. In some of the above places 6 digit numbers will not work.
