I'm starting a 3 weeks journey through Laos.
I'll carry US dollars but some of my bucks have a rust spots. They were deposited in a little safe-box for months and some notes are spotted by -red-rust spots.
Do you think that Lao banks will accept them?
Once I've read that banks in Indonesia accept only US dollars in good condition.
Thanks in advance for you reply.

As long as they are not torn, should be fine. Indonesia is particularly weird about it, but in mainland SE Asia, shouldn't be a problem.
