Best place to exchange currency in Bangkok

    Hi,

    Where's the best place to buy Baht in Bangkok.

    Last time I was in Thailand about 4 years ago, the exchange booth at Don Muang Airport was commission free and seemed to have reasonable rate (especially compared to buying baht in NZ anyway!)

    What are the exchange booths in the new airport like? Are they a rip-off? Do they charge fees? Would I be better off finding a money changer in town, or perhaps going to a bank?

    Any recommendations?
