I just noticed I've been promoted to Noodle Lady! I'm so proud and honoured. I'd like to thank so many people, especially my customers and my suppliers.

I was thinking I'd like to stay a Noodle Lady forever but then I saw someone else is up (or down) to Tout level.

What's hot to be in the TravelFish cosmos?

PS. Sure hope starting this extra thread won't bump me up to the next level!

Too late! Looks like you have already graduated to 'tourist'! I found it a bit amusing when I was a noodle lady..... but now that I have progressed further up the hierarchy, I kinda miss being the noodle lady. There was an associated distinction about it!
I guess Somtam is at the top of the food chain - I think he a 'mahout'...

Somtam is a mahout so presumably that's the highest echelon but I don't recall him ever being a noodle lady, a tourist ....or under-employed. I seem to have been under-employed for eons and eons, when do I get to graduate to hammock sloth?
