    Hello to all....:)
    Travelling to Cambodia, (SR and PP) Vietnam, (HCMC, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi) Laos (LP) and Thailand (CM and BKK) in April/May. Can you recommend nice, clean places to stay. Budget is $20 a night although am willing to spend a bit more if it has a nice location or views. Do I need to book these places in advance or can I just show up? Also is 7weeks enough time to see all these places or I should cut some places out?

    Hi Abiyogini,

    Welcome to Travelfish!

    Seven weeks should be long enough, particularly if you're planning on doing a couple of flights between destinations.

    For $20 a night you'll be able to find more than adequate accommodation -- I'll leave individual recommendations to others, as we already list loads of places on the site -- you'll see our top recommendations under each location.

    As far as booking in advance is concerned, it varies. If you have your heart set on a particular place then by all means book it, but except for peak season you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a room.

    Bear in mind that in April it will be VERY hot!

    have had a good trawl around the site now...so I have a fair idea of what I can get for my budget.
