Does anyone have any advice about gluten free eating in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia?
Someone told me a lot of the soy sauce doesn't have wheat in it, but would like to hear what people have to say. Thanks!

Rawz,
There was a previous thread on exactly this topic that will likely answer your question. It is at this link: http://www.travelfish.org/board/post/travelhealth/8443_looking-for-gluten-free-travel-advice-tips-for-vietnam-laos-cambodia
My wife is Celiac and did just fine on our last trip to Thailand finding foods that appeared to be gluten-free. But she can tolerate small amounts without reacting, so we couldn't know for sure just how gluten-free the food was. However, since wheat and other stuff with gluten is not pervasive in southeast Asia, you should be able to find lots of good things to eat. Cheers.
